Nuon first energy supplier with a COPC certified Customer Service department

Nuon's Customer Service organisation is the first energy supplier in the Netherlands to have been awarded a COPC certificate. It has been announced today that Nuon meets all the requirements imposed by this prestigious symbol of quality assurance. COPC is an international quality and performance standard for Contact Centres.

Cindy Kroon, Nuon's Customer Service Manager, is extremely proud: "This is a real milestone for us. This certification applies to our entire service provision: both the front office and the back office and both the business and the consumer markets. The demands of this COPC certification are high. We are constantly driven to ensure that our services are always provided on time and at the right quality.”

The achievement of COPC certification for business service providers is a feat in itself. For Nuon, this success is even bigger. Nuon Customer Service
The Customer Service organisation provides services to Nuon customers, including the billing of products and services provided by Nuon, the processing of changes and the handling of customer inquires. The Customer Service organisation is Nuon's interface with business and consumer customers and thereby has an important role to play in customers' perception of and satisfaction with Nuon. The Customer Service organisation also plays a key role in achieving the Nuon-wide ambition of becoming the best energy company in Europe
