GÖRLITZ - Networking against an imposing backdrop
The recent customer workshop at GÖRLITZ Schweiz AG proved to be as successful as those conducted in previous years. Sunshine and an imposing landscape with lake and mountains contributed to the well-being of 35 guests at the two-day event.
The diversified programme provided information about changes in the company and of course, details about current and future progress of our products. Another cause of great interest was the introduction of our new shareholder, the IDS Group, which was performed by Mr. Norbert Wagner, CEO of the group. Latest developments on the market status and the ensuing ramifications in Europe and Switzerland were discussed animatedly. Herr Urs Löpfe, CEO at Enercontract, offered valuable insights for his current projects in the field of decentralized generation of energy which prompted a debate about today’s topical Smart Grids.
The customers took advantage of the breaks to exchange views and opinions, catch up on old acquaintances, make new contacts, which led to an enjoyable dinner in a light-hearted atmosphere that evening.
Before lunch to celebrate the conclusion of our successful workshop the following day, the company ROCKETHOME demonstrated options to visualize metering data for end-customers. The guests displayed avid interest in the solutions, particularly customers with smart metering projects already on the go or in the pipeline.
We were rewarded by the positive reasonance and feedback of the participants which in turn encourages us to continue to offer such a platform for our customers in the future.
